Most standard decks take 1 to 3 weeks from start to finish, depending on size, materials, and weather. Custom multi-level builds or projects with integrated lighting and gazebos can take longer — we'll give you an honest timeline at the quote stage.

What materials do you work with?

We're certified installers for Trex, Fiberon, Moisture Shield, and Timbertech composite decking. We also work with pressure-treated lumber, cedar, and hardwoods.

Are estimates really free?

Yes — estimates are 100% free, on-site, and no-pressure. We come out, take measurements, listen to what you want, and provide an itemized quote. No deposit required to get a quote.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. As a licensed contractor in New Jersey, we handle all required permits and inspections so you don't have to. Permit costs are itemized clearly in your quote.

What warranty do you offer?

Our workmanship is guaranteed. Material warranties depend on the brand and product line — Trex, Fiberon, Moisture Shield, and Timbertech each offer their own manufacturer warranties (typically 25 to 50 years on residential composite decking).

All work is performed under a written contract signed by both parties. The contract is the controlling document: it specifies the scope of work, materials, schedule, payment terms, change-order process, and warranty. These Terms describe website use only and do not replace or alter any contract.

5. Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated in the signed contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer (Trex, Fiberon, Moisture Shield, Timbertech, etc.) and are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms, which we will share before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Zenna Decks name and logo, photographs of completed projects, written copy, and site code — is owned by Zenna Decks or used with permission, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may share individual project photos on social media with proper attribution to Zenna Decks. Commercial reuse, republication, or removal of watermarks/credits is not permitted without written consent.

7. Customer Reviews
